Jay D. Simmons has a proven track record of success leading the deployment and administration of leading-edge technologies.  He has built teams across the U.S.A. implementing and supporting NextGen EPM, EHR and McKesson’s Practice Plus applications.  He is astute at developing and leading large teams in technology implementations in the medical community.

An expert on NextGen EPM and EHR implementaion, Mr. Simmons works with both large and small medical facilities to drastically reduce costs associated with their technology needs and implement new technologies.  He has implemented VMware in the healthcare community for numerous companies.  His experience is primarily in combining leading edge IT with medical systems, especially NextGen.

Mr. Simmons started his healthcare career with Memphis Gastroenterology Group and Endoscopy Center East where he implemented EPM and EHR, built a new data center, implemented VMware, and designed and instituted a business continuity plan. He’s experienced working in Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, etc.

Mr. Simmons is the father of a beautiful five year old girl. He also is an avid pilot, loves scuba diving, and travel.
